We are pleased to announce the launch of our premium range of pies and pastries. The ‘Hollybush Farm’ range has been developed in conjunction with Bramfield meats where the recipes have been painstakingly developed to ensure the quality and taste are optimum.

Our hand raised pork pies have been developed with tradition in mind and the end product has a quality of how pork pies used to be made before the supermarkets delivered us mass machine made rubbish.

The other products in this range all incorporate our new buttercrust© pastry and hand cut meat

OUR HAND RAISED PIES ARE MADE USING ONLY THE BEST INGREDIENTS  USING A TRADITIONAL HOT WATER CRUST PASTRY MADE FROM LARD TO GIVE A CRISP BITE , COMBINED WITH SEASONED AND CURED EAST ANGLIAN PORK  AND TOPPED UP WITH JELLY THESE PIES ARE A GOOD TRADITIONAL PORK PIE .

Fynn Valley Foods have developed in conjunction with Suffolk County Catering a range of products suitable for use in schools. These products were designed with full thought given to the governments guidelines and are now for sale in schools across Suffolk. The chick pea  roll  is a development of Suffolk County catering’s own recipe and if there is a product that you would like us to develop then we are here to help.All these products have a clean declaration and the pastry is made with non hydrogenated low trans fats

Why not try our healthy eating sausage rolls they have been designed specifically for sale in schools . With a clean dec , half the  fat of a normal sausage roll and no added salt they are the ideal product to sell in schools all this and we only use East Anglian pork which contains no mechanically recovered meat—its literally just pork leg, loin and fat
