Since relocating to our temperature controlled factory we have worked hard to achieve the SALSA accreditation which enables us to give our customers the confidence that our product meets stringent food safety standards.(www.salsafood.co.uk). Our food safety policy includes full traceability and HACCP which is fully implemented in the factory

Being a small company we are able to respond to our customers far more efficiently than our competitors and this enables us to be able to meet their needs, so if you want a different recipe we can custom build a recipe to your own requirements. We recently worked with Suffolk County Council to produce a healthy eating sausage roll with 50% less fat and no artificial colours or flavourings. These have turned out to be very popular with the kids

Our staff are fully trained and take a pride in their work which is reflected in the low turnover of staff and all the recipes are developed with the end customers in mind, whether they are a baker, butcher, sandwich shop, school or even football club
